the many years of expert and friendly
service I have received at Boyd Motor
Werks in Portland, OR. Since 1985
I have been servicing my 1976 2002 only
at Boyd's. I have always been entirely
satisfied with the attention given to
the car's needs.
Owning an older car, such as the model
2002, is truly a labor of affection, in
addition to the type of attentiveness
this particular car desires.
At Boyds, there has always been a technician,
ready to iron out any problem that arises,
answer questions, or just make sure that
regular servicing is carried out competently.
Recently I renewed my relationship with
my '02 by having the engine, transmission
and differential replaced with new components.
Not only did the Tech (Kiumars) perform
this task perfectly, but your Service
Manager (Dirk Roberts), orchestrated the
whole transformation with friendly, informative
communication and decisions, that permitted
a large scale effort such as this, to
be performed smoothly. It is rare these
days for such honesty and competence in
business to exist, Boyd's continues to
rise above the rest and do just that.
They keep your special BMW going perfectly,
all in a friendly atmosphere.
