I recently took my older BMW here, and not only did they do a great job, the service and response was extremely quick. I think the service manager at Kuni BMW could learn some lessons from them.
They now have my business. Nate P I've got to give Boyd's top marks. I've had my BMW in this shop for extensive repairs (replace transmission, install performance parts, etc.). I'm a car guy and I know my stuff, and I usually do all my own work unless it's something too big or I don't have the equipment. When the job is too big for me, then I seek out the best shop, and Boyd's is one of the best when it comes to care of your German vehicle.
Now, I'm firm believer that it's a partnership between a shop and the owner when getting work done on a vehicle. Car's are complicated and finicky, and some issues are super hard to diagnose. Both the vehicle owner and shop have to work together to inform each other to get the issues addressed correctly (for often the shop is seeing the vehicle 'cold', meaning it's the first time they touched the specific vehicle and there's always a learning curve about each individual car; the owner needs to give as much background, history, and insight to the problem as possible). What I like the most about Boyd's is they work directly with you... they listen to your input, they work to explain what they've found & repaired, and the end result for me has always been stellar. They do know their stuff, and they do excellent work, which is why they always have a lineup of cars waiting out front. Keep up the good work, guys!Lee PMy friend referred me to Wes' shop.
